Sacramento United Alumni Round-Up

Sacramento United Alumni talent continues after they have `aged-out` their playing days with our club. Though we miss all of them, we wish them continued success on and off the pitch. Catch up with:

Former Sac United Elite Women:

Leticia McDonald – Consumnes River College Hawks, Sacramento, Freshman as a defender.

Nicole Athey – American River College Beavers, Sacramento, Playing in the Mid as a Freshman.

Simone Wade – American River College Beavers, Sacramento, Playing in the the goal as a Freshman.

Ashley Bradford – American River College Beavers, Sacramento, Playing as a defender as a Freshman.

Charity Hill – American River College Beavers, Sacramento, Playing as a forward her Freshman year.

Chelsea Mukai is a freshman at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo playing club soccer for the Mustangs

Conner Yiamkis – Shasta College Knight, Freshman as a defender #21.

Kyle Carpenter – California Maritime Academy Keelhaulers, Freshman in the goal.

Chris Usrey – CCSU Monterey Otters, Playing as #00 - Freshman in the goal.

Andres Garcia – CUS Sacramento Hornet, Freshman as a midfielder.

Anthony Chavez – Holy Names Hawks, Freshman as a forward.

Former Sac United Spitfire:

Vicky Ramirez – Sacramento State University, Hornets. Junior starting in the mid. Had career-high five points on one goal and three assists in victory over Menlo College on Sept. 12...her three assists tied the program single-game record.

Cassie Rodriguez – South Carolina State University, Orangeburg, SC, Sophomore.

Aubrey Mapes – 2nd year with the Slugs at University of California, Santa Cruz as a forward.

Elise Delgado - Lewis and Clark College, Portland OR, Sophomore goalie.

Nydia Ramos – University of the Pacific, Junior. First year as a Pacific Tiger. Last seasons with Consumnes River College: First Team All Big 8 Conference.

Thea Cunningham - Franklin Pierce University – This is Thea’s first year as a Raven.

Nicole Rivera - Consumnes River College Hawks, Sacramento, Junior.

Maddison McEvilly – Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, Sophomore. Playing on club team for the Mustangs.

Former Sac United Storm:

Savannah Abercrombie – Sacramento State University, Hornets, Junior. Starting goalkeeper, Two time defensive player of the week in Big Sky Conference, and named to All Big Sky Honor last season.

Janneke Lang – Finishing her Senior year as University of California, Santa Cruz as their Goalkeeper and team captain.

Jocelyn Puga – 4th and final year as a member of the Sonoma State Women’s Soccer team. Last season was an NCAA All Academic.

Tiffany Martin – CSU Stanislaus, First year of play as a Junior for the Worriors.

Other Alumni of note:

Felicia Perez – Evergreen College, San Jose. Head womens soccer coach.

Jacob Darr - Former Scorpion, (2007 JF Kennedy HS) playing for Chico State. Chico State won the 2010 DII Quarterfinals of the NCAA Tournament. Jacob was named "Most Valuable Defensive Player".

Jason Singh – Fijian National Team. Recently attended several tryouts for professional teams in India and Fiji.
