Randy Dedini holds a USSF National “B” coaching license and earned a kinesiology degree while achieving All-American recognition with the Sonoma State men’s soccer team. Dedini played professionally for the L.A. Galaxy and Colorado Rapids, and is head coach of the Sacramento State women’s soccer team, including all-Big Sky Conference goalkeeper and Sac United alumni, Savannah Abercrombie. Leading the U15G Extreme and sharing U18G Extreme responsibilities with Karen Hanks, Dedini believes that, “Those who want to play at the next level are more willing to work for it and ultimately it is individual determination, drive, and hard work that determine the speed of a player’s development.” Dedini brings enthusiasm for the game and real life knowledge and experience, “I know what it takes to play at the next level and how to get there. I am going to use my knowledge as a collegiate coach to help develop players and move them into the college ranks. It all starts with a positive training environment that pushes each player to get the most out of every day in life.”
