Sacramento, CA – Sacramento United Soccer Club (Sac United) is pleased to announce a partnership with Active Life Team Chiropractic and Dr. Charmaine Magale, DC. Dr. Magale will become the team Chiropractor for Sac United and will provide on-field medical support to the coaches and training staff to help enhance performance, support concussion protocols and prevent and manage injury. As part of the partnership, Active Life Team Chiropractic will also extend special offers to Sac United players and families and support our soccer community throughout the 2022/2023 & 2023/2024 seasons.
Dr. Charmaine Magale, DC currently serves as the Team Chiropractor for the Sacramento Republic FC. She is part of the integral medical team that provides care and rehabilitation to the players and coaching staff. She earned her Doctorate of Chiropractic (DC) at Palmer College of Chiropractic West in 2002. Her experiences as an athlete contribute to her expertise as a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (CCSP). Dr. Magale has also served as team doctor for many college and professional athletes and was chosen to serve a 2-week rotation at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, CO. There she evaluated and treated Olympic athletes and provided care to all athletes in different sporting arenas. In 2005, she opened Active Life Team Chiropractic in Sacramento, CA.
