Electronic Release Form
A player Release form is required whenever a rostered player with Sacramento United Soccer Club wishes to be released. A parent/player or legal guardian of the player must request this action by completing the release form below. Sac United may deny this release should the player still have an outstanding balance owed.
In accordance to the Membership Contract agreed upon during registration, player/parent or legal guardian will be responsible for any/all charges for 30 days from the requested date of release. Electronic Release Forms will be emailed* to membership@sacunited.com for review and approval.

Please ensure that your 15 volunteer hours are fulfilled; otherwise, billing will persist until the buyout amount of $450 is reached. This was agreed upon at the time of registration for families who registered BEFORE October 31st.
Financial Aid Families – please ensure that your volunteer hours are fulfilled; otherwise, billing will persist until the buyout amount of $450 is reached. See the 2025/26 VOLUNTEER COMMITMENT POLICY on the Volunteer page using the link below.
- Families registering AFTER October 31st must fulfill half of the mandatory 15 volunteer hours. To meet this requirement and waive a $225 Volunteer Fee, 7.5 hours of volunteering are necessary.
- Families receiving Financial Aid are required to adhere to the terms and conditions, which vary based on the amount of Financial Aid credited per household recipient.
