Welcome to Our Soccer Community! This page is intended specifically for membership to provide guidance on a variety of topics. We will update this page throughout the 24/25 season.
CHECKLIST FOR NEW SAC UTD FAMILIES:
- SportsEngine (SE) App: Individual teams each have their own team page, managed by their Coach and/or Team Manager.
- You are responsible for:
- Downloading the SportsEngine App. Download by clicking the images below.
- Accepting the invitation to join your team’s page (sent by club admin within 48hrs of registration) via email
- Reviewing all messages within the SE app sent to you from your team
- Marking your player’s availability for all team practices, games, and events
- Follow us on our Social Media accounts. IG and Facebook
- We share exciting news from inside or outside the club on IG
- Follow us on YouTube. We upload technical training videos for players to practice at home on their non-practice days.
- Ask your Coach/Team Manager for Jersey #’s that are available to select from
- Returning Players will have option to retain or change their number first
- Make sure to ask the coach what kits are required (red/white/black)
- Visit the Uniform Page to order from Kombat Ink.
- Use password: kombatsoccer to login
- If you do not see your player’s info within 72 hours of registration. Contact secretary@sacunited.com requesting to be entered manually into Kombat Ink’s ordering system
- Returning Players will have option to retain or change their number first

Volunteering
Volunteers are an important part to our organization. During registration you agreed to the volunteer policy; which includes 15 hours per family during the season (+10 hours per player who is receiving financial assistance). Families who do not complete their volunteer commitment will be required to pay a $450 fee (financial aid recipients will not be eligible for financial aid in the future). All volunteer hours are tracked through the DIBS system.

Dibs Exemptions can be earned in three ways:
1. Team Manager for the 23/24 season. If you would like more information on how to volunteer as a team manager, please contact managers@sacunited.com
2. Invoiced a Volunteer Buyout ($450) during registration. If you wish to buyout, please email membership@sacunited.com
3. Support the Club and apply for Coordinator Position. Contact membership@sacunited.com for more information.

Keep Up With Us On Social Media!
Club Communications: Parents are responsible for staying up-to-date with club news by reading emails as well as visiting the Sacramento United website and social media accounts. Be sure to LIKE and SUBSCRIBE!

Parents and athletes need to manage their SportsEngine accounts to ensure they get the most out of their Sacramento United experience during each sporting season. With their accounts properly configured, athletes and their families will receive communications according to their preferences and be able to complete registrations more efficiently. SportsEngine has created a Team Management Guide for Parents and Athletes that will help our members with frequently asked questions about our website and mobile app.

- Subscribe to the team calendar (Google or Apple) and have automatic updates to your calendar
Registration System
Information captured during the registration process drives how we communicate with families. Messages are targeted towards the player and anyone associated with the player’s registration. You can manage your registrations, communication settings, payment and messages through your dashboard with logged in to My Account.
Login using your SportsEngine account (the same email used to register your player) and your team(s) should appear.
