Sacramento United Soccer Club proudly congratulates Toti, Dylan, and Morgan on earning their place with the San Jose Earthquakes Academy for the 2026/27 season.
All three players spent their foundational U8 through U13 developmental years at Sac United, where they built the technical skills, character, and love for the game that helped prepare them for the next level.
In March 2025, Sac United was proud to present these players to the San Jose Earthquakes Academy as part of the club’s player identification process. Although the boys and their families chose to continue their journey with another club during the 2025/26 season, the Earthquakes continued to follow their development throughout the year. Their consistent growth, commitment, and performances ultimately earned each of them an opportunity to join the Earthquakes Academy for the upcoming season.
“We’re incredibly proud of Toti, Dylan, and Morgan and everything they’ve accomplished,” said Sacramento United President Alberto Regalado. “Our mission has always been to develop players first and prepare them for opportunities beyond our club. Watching these boys grow from their earliest years at Sac United into players capable of competing at one of the highest youth levels in the country is exactly what our developmental pathway is designed to do. While their journey included another chapter, we’re honored to have helped build the foundation that opened these doors, and we look forward to watching them continue to succeed.”
Their story is a reminder that player development is a long-term process built on years of dedication, coaching, and support from families and mentors. Sac United is proud to have played an important role during the players’ formative years and celebrates every opportunity that allows its athletes to compete at the highest levels.
As they begin this exciting new chapter, we wish Toti, Dylan, and Morgan nothing but success as they challenge themselves against some of the nation’s top young players. We know they will represent themselves, their families, and Northern California with pride.
This season, we’ll have the opportunity to face them on the field as the San Jose Earthquakes Academy takes on Sac United. While they’ll be wearing different colors, they’ll always be part of the Sac United family. We look forward to welcoming them back to where their journey began and celebrating all they have accomplished.
