Sacramento United is excited to announce that we will be hosting a First-Time Referee Course for our players and families on Sunday, January 25, 2026, from 12:00–3:00 PM PT at Granite Regional Park -Turf Field.
This course is an excellent opportunity for those interested in learning the game from a new perspective, giving back to the soccer community, and becoming a certified referee.
Before the on-field session, participants are required to complete approximately 7–8 hours of online coursework, which includes study materials and assessments. All online requirements must be completed prior to attending the in-person field training, and participants are encouraged to carefully review all instructions and materials in advance.
We encourage interested players, parents, and family members to take advantage of this opportunity to grow their understanding of the game, contribute to the soccer community, and begin their journey as a referee.
