Step 1: Player Registers for the Club
- A player completes registration to join a Sac United team.
Step 2: Family Completes Uniform Number Submission via Byga
- The family must download the Byga App.
- Upon logging in, an exclamation point notification will appear.
- Click the notification to access and complete the “Sacramento United – Uniform Number Submission” form.
- The form takes approximately 3 minutes to complete.
- This step is required for all players, both new and returning.
Step 3: Uniform Coordinator Reviews Number Submission
- The Uniform Coordinator checks the club’s uniform records to determine if the jersey numbers submitted in the form are available.
- If there are conflicts or questions, the Uniform Coordinator will:
- Contact the team manager for clarification, or
- Relay the information directly to the registered family.
Step 4: Coach or Team Manager Confirms Uniform Needs
- The coach or team manager verifies whether the player needs to order a new uniform.
Step 5: Team Manager Sends Request to Uniform Coordinator
- The team manager emails the Uniform Coordinator at uniforms@sacunited.com with the following:
- Full Player Name
- Team Name and Age Group (e.g., 2011G Red)
- Confirmed Jersey Number, if applicable
Step 6: Uniform Coordinator Adds Player to Kombat System
- The Uniform Coordinator enters the player into the Kombat uniform ordering system.
Step 7: Uniform Coordinator Confirms Addition
- The Uniform Coordinator replies to the team manager confirming the player has been added to the system.
Step 8: Manager Instructs Family to Visit Uniform Page
- The team manager directs the family to visit:
www.sacunited.com/uniforms - This page includes ordering instructions and access to the Kombat store.
Step 9: Family Orders Uniform
- The family places the uniform order through Kombat using the provided instructions.
