We are pleased to share an important update regarding our NorCal Premier Program. Effective immediately, Lee Callow has been appointed as the U13–U19 NorCal Program Director. In this role, Lee will oversee all NorCal division teams within these age groups, working closely with coaches and staff to ensure alignment across our development pathway.
Lee will report directly to Juan Fresquez, Elite Programs Director, and will work collaboratively alongside fellow Club Directors, Luis (MLS Academy) and Juanca (GA), to ensure a unified and aligned approach across all programs.
Since joining Sac United, Lee has made an immediate and positive impact through his leadership, professionalism, and player-centered approach. His extensive experience and understanding of the game position him well to guide this important segment of our club.
As NorCal Program Director, Lee will focus on:
- Supporting and developing coaches across U13 – U19 teams
- Strengthening player development within the NorCal pathway
- Ensuring consistency in our style of play and training methodology
- Identifying and preparing players for progression into our Girls Academy (GA) and MLS NEXT programs
- Assisting and supporting families and coaches with college ID camps, showcases, and overall college pathway guidance
Lee’s leadership will be instrumental in continuing to build a strong foundation that supports player growth.
